Regional Vice President (Sales)

Regional Vice-President & Inside Sales positions available

Pro-Financial Asset Management is one of Canada's fastest growing asset management firm offering unique products and services through its four divisions; Pro-Index Funds, Pro-Hedge Funds, Pro-Performance Funds and Pro-Financial Private Client Group.

Due to our expansive growth we are looking for energetic, knowledgeable and customer focused individuals to join our team Sales team.

Specific Accountabilities and Activities

Regional Vice-President (Wholesaler):

  • Build on existing advisor/broker relationships 
  • Establish contact and grow relationships with new clients  by maintaining a full schedule of meetings with qualified prospects
  • Effectively present products at 1:1 meetings, branch meetings, client seminars
  • Promptly follows up on meetings, road shows, events and web casts to close the business and generate sales
  • Provide superior service and ongoing follow up support to existing advisor/broker clients
  • Communicate features and benefits of all products offered and provide solutions in relation to investors’ goals/objectives, competitor products and market environment 

Business Development Associate (Inside):

  • Generate sales leads by telephone and book 1:1 appointments, branch meetings and client seminars for respective Wholesaler
  • Promptly follows up on meetings, road shows, events and web casts to close the business and generate sales
  • Collaborate with the Wholesaler to determine priorities and tasks to be completed
  • Make daily Purchase and Redemption calls to clients in order to identify trends, prospects and first time tickets
  • Participate in special projects as required

Education and/or Experience

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial services or investment industry in similar role (OUTSIDE SALES ONLY).
  • Client Relationship Management: able to identify and analyze client needs, work easily with them, build rapport and partnerships; provide timely follow up and information.
  • Sales Fundamentals: Ability to conduct a good sales call (establishing rapport, questioning, listening. Negotiating, handling objections, qualifying, and closing)
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) an asset
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively while managing several tasks
  • Computer knowledge including Word, Powerpoint and Excel
